What we believe
- Tested, not guessed. No live-listing time means no rating — we do not score from screenshots.
- Hosts, not marketers. The bylines belong to working hosts — see who they are.
- Plain language. If a sentence would not survive a conversation between two hosts, it gets cut.
What we cover
Two categories, two rankings: 28 reviewed management companies for owners who want the calendar handled, and 24 reviewed tools for owners who would rather automate it themselves. Review pages stick to what providers publish about themselves — pricing, markets, scale, PMS dependencies — and mark anything unpublished as exactly that.
The business model
No ads run here, no affiliate links pay us, and no placement is for sale — a position or a score cannot be bought at any price. A recommendation here is editorial judgement and nothing else — the reasoning lives in our editorial policy.
The honest limits
Our job ends at informed opinion; we broker nothing and advise on no legal or tax question. An opinion is not lab data, published pricing goes stale, and no two markets rhyme — confirm terms directly and see our disclaimer.
